First: Steps for registration of the individual

Determining an appointment of Exam within Saudi Arabia:

* For determining an appointment of Exam, the following information shall be provided:

a - Eligibility file No for examinees within the Kingdom only.
b - Email Address – for obtaining reservation number for the date of examination that will provided to the official in charge of examination center or to be used in canceling the examination at any time if desired.

Second: The registration of groups

• Then Thomson Prometric Co. – Registration Division – will send the date of required exam and reservation seat number to your email.

Third : Examination Instructions

• Expedite registration for examination prior to the expiration of three months commencing from date of applying to SCHS
• Number of allowed trials during three month period are two trials.

• Result of examination is valid for three years
• You should bring any type of credit card for payment of examination fees, and provide email address fro receiving reservation number of examination, and then provide the supervisor of examination center with reservation number related to type of your examination
• It will be possible to use any credit card owned by any person in the process of registration
• You are free to select month, day and time and city for sitting for exam during the allowed period.
• New Horizon six institutes and chamber of commerce in the Eastern Region are agents for Thomson Prometric Co. in the Kingdom for the purpose of sitting for exam.
• Number of file available on follow up paper is the Eligibility file No. required for the process of registration within Saudi Arabia.
• Check your name and number during registration process or correct information with any of SCHS offices.
• You shall obtain the certificate with clear printing and stamp after passing the examination directly.
• The fee for one examination within Saudi Arabia is SR 300.
• In case of failure in the first trial and expiration of validity period of application (Three months), New fees shall be paid for extending the period for similar and final period.
• Those who do not complete procedures of classification examination during the permitted period their applications will be excluded and Health Affairs of the Region shall be informed.
• Those who consume trial opportunities will be given third opportunity provided, brining a proof that they had training for two months at least otherwise a decision of non-qualification will be issued in his favor.

• SCHS is the sole agency that controls sending information to Thoson Prometric company for registration within Saudi Arabia.
• The applicant shall submit clear ID when sitting for exam.
• All examination periods are audio and video recorded

• It is prohibited to take personal belongings (mobile phone and otherwise) with inside examination hall at any time .
• Examinee shall enter into examination hall half an hour prior to examination commencement.
